Damages & Returns
We want you to be happy with your Bowl’d & Beautiful purchase. Please review our return and damage policy below.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not offering routine exchanges at launch. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at help@bebowld.co within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the internal packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
Please keep the damaged item and all packaging while we review your claim.
For verified damage or defects, we will provide a replacement when available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued when appropriate.
