When will the bowls be available? 

We’re still getting everything ready. Join our email list and you’ll be the first to know when the first collection drops.

What kind of tableware do you make?
We’re starting with ceramic gumbo and soup bowls designed to bring a little more personality to the table.

Will there be more designs?
Yes. We have more collections planned, each with its own look and personality.

Are the bowls dishwasher and microwave safe? We’ll add final care instructions once production is complete and everything has been tested.

Will there be variations between bowls?

Because our bowls are ceramic, slight variations in color, finish, and other details may occur from piece to piece. These small differences are a natural part of the production process and make each bowl a little unique.

Where do you ship? Shipping details will be available closer to launch.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges aren't refundable. No routine exchanges at launch.

What if my bowl arrives damaged or defective?
Contact gather@bebowld.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the bowl, shipping box, inside packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we'll handle it with a replacement when available or a refund when appropriate.
